“Unstable Air Mass Brings Intense Precipitation and Thunderstorms Across the Country”

NIMH warned about this.

In the morning there will be fog in places in the lowlands and valleys. It will blow weak, in Eastern Bulgaria – to moderate wind from the north-northeast. The maximum temperatures will be between 20° and 25°, in Sofia – around 21°.

Over the mountains before noon there will be more sunny hours, but even then cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds will develop. Around and after noon there will be rain showers in many places, in many areas they will be temporarily intense and accompanied by thunder. A light to moderate northeasterly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 15°, at 2000 meters – around 8°.

Over the Black Sea, the cloudiness will be more often significant, mostly cumulus and cumulus-rainy. In the morning in places along the southern coast visibility will be reduced. In the hours around and after noon, it will rain and thunder in many places. A light to moderate wind will blow from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be 20°-23°. The temperature of the sea water is 16°-18°. The excitement of the sea will be 1-2 points.
