A Russian television channel has broadcast images of the damaged part of the Crimean bridge recorded from a train on the railway side.
The incident, still classified as “an emergency” not specified, occurred on the morning of this Monday and caused the paralysis of transport. In addition, photos are circulating on social networks that supposedly show the damage to the facilities.
According to the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar region, a minor was injured and two people died during the incident.
Recently, the movement of rail transport on the bridge was resumed, according to the adviser to the head of the Republic of Crimea, Oleg Kryuchkov.
In turn, the head of the local Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, wrote on his Telegram channel that the railway was not damaged. In addition, he explained that Crimea is connected to the Russian mainland by a land corridor in the north, so it is by no means isolated from the rest of the country.
