Unsolved Murder: Woman’s Body Discovered in Construction Site Basement in Rhône

The partially charred body of a woman, bound hand and foot, was discovered in the basement of a construction site, Sunday February 11, in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, in the Rhône.
