A man was arrested by security officers at Parung Panjang Station (PKD). The man was arrested after security officers received a report that the passenger was masturbating on an electric train (KRL).
After being questioned, the man admitted to committing immoral acts. The man was only asked to make a statement not to repeat his actions.
“After further investigation by officers at Parungpanjang Station, the perpetrator admitted to committing the immoral act on the KRL trip,” said VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter, Anne Purba, Saturday (30/4/2022).
“The perpetrator was then further processed and asked for a statement not to do the same thing,” he added.
In the video circulating, the man is seen wearing an orange hoodie and a white hat. The man was also seen wearing glasses, trousers, and white shoes.
The man was seen committing immoral acts using his hands covered in plastic folders. In the video, it can be seen that the KRL carriage was in quite crowded condition, including the passengers sitting on the right and left of the man who did the immoral act.
The man’s obscene act was allegedly recorded by another passenger sitting in front of him.
PKD Arrest Perpetrators of Masturbation

“Officers of Walka KRL No. 2109 arrested the alleged perpetrator of the immoral act when he boarded from Tenjo Station and handed it over to security officers at Parungpanjang Station for further processing,” he said.
