FAJAR.CO.ID, MEDAN — Deputy Chairperson of the Medan City DPRD Rajudin Sagala asked the police to thoroughly investigate the case of robbers who carried out their actions in Medan City, North Sumatra.
“These acts of robbery have greatly troubled residents in the last few months. So firm and measured action is needed to paralyze the thieves,” said Rajudin in Medan, North Sumatra, Thursday.
This legislator admitted that he always monitors developments in acts of violence and street crime, especially acts of robbery in the capital city of North Sumatra province and its surroundings.
Not only acts of robbery, he said, but motorcycle gang actors who always work in groups when they carry out their actions, up to brawls in narrow alleys which are very troubling for Medan City residents.
To the Medan Polrestabes and Belawan Port Police to be more intense in conducting patrols, especially in areas prone to violence and street crime.
This politician believes that the police have detected groups, both robbers, motorbike gangs and brawls in an area in the city of Medan.
“We ask that action be taken immediately, eradicated completely. If necessary, investigate thoroughly, if there is indeed a mastermind behind incidents, such as this robbery,” said Rajudin.
He also suggested that parents in Medan City always supervise their children, especially teenagers, by paying attention to their children’s social interactions.
“There should be no regrets, when the child associates wrongly so that he commits a criminal act. Likewise the educators, keep reminding their students,” said Rajudin.
