“You may never know. I have taken out Autocasco insurance for three years. For a small scratch on the front bumper received in a parking lot in front of a hypermarket, a claim was made by the insurers. I took the car to their trusted repair shop. After receiving the car, it turned out , that the bumper is not fitted to the fender on one side and protrudes from it by 4-5 mm.
The office called the repair shop and told me to return it so that they could do their job. This time the car stayed for repairs for 10 days, during which time the craftsmen assured me that they were making it like new. When I finally got the car, this reflection was already on the other side of the bumper, maybe to have symmetry.
I gave up on auto insurance, but after all that, a sound like a vibrating sheet metal started coming from the engine underneath. I put it down to the sloppily done job. Finally, I decided to fix this annoying problem that did not exist before the bumper repair. I took the car to a service center and it turned out that this noise appeared because the catalytic converter was stolen.
I should add here that when driving on the highway, I had to stop and tie the bark under the crankcase with pig tails, because it began to scrape on the asphalt. To make it easier and faster, the great craftsmen had not attached it to the body with the bolts.
So how are we going to catch up with the Americans and even surpass them when the moral and ethical foundations of our society have hit rock bottom?”
