The head of the Association for the Defense of the Man added that after the couple traveled abroad, several disputes arose between them, so that the wife decided to return to Egypt, obtain a divorce, and be able to obtain a list of movables from the head of her family, in violation of the agreement between them.
The husband’s lawyer stated that the wife obtained an amount of 855 thousand pounds, with a list of movables that were not purchased in the first place, and submitted it to the family court, which ruled that she obtain this amount again from the husband, or that he return the movables in full and intact.
The lawyer added: “After the couple traveled abroad, several marital disputes arose between them, so the wife decided to return to Egypt, and she was able to obtain a list of movables from the head of her family in violation of the agreement concluded between them, and released an amount of 855 thousand pounds, with a list of movables that had not yet been purchased, and submitted it to a court.
