Salar has not always known prosperity. When he was only 13 years old, he fled with his family from Iran to the Netherlands. “The asylum seekers center has made me very hard,” he looks back. “I lived with my parents and brother in a room of ten square meters with a curtain in between.” During that period he also got to know the value of money.
After graduating, Salar started his first telecom company, which has now grown into a multi-million dollar empire. “I see making money more as a sport, it gives a kick. Earning is more fun than spending.”
