Unnecessary statements, Rosický criticizes the prostitute Nita. An agreement with Karlsson was not possible

Fans of the team in red jerseys can rest again for half a year. According to the sports director, Sparta is willing to release the arrived representative Adam Hložek abroad at the earliest in the summer. During the spring, the club will negotiate an extension of the contract not only with Bořek Dočkal or Matěj Pulkrab, but also with coach Pavel Vrba.

Hitchhiker Lukáš Štetina is leaving, who has been given permission to look for a new job.

At the start of the training, Tomáš Rosický also commented on other current topics.

Adam Hložka will release Sparta in the summer at the earliest, says Tomáš Rosický. What about other players?Video: Sport.cz

At the end of December, goalkeeper Nita had to pick you up. After losing the number one position, he gave a nice walk in the interview for the Romanian media. How did you approach him?

His conversation was unfortunate in a few ways. I don’t have a problem when someone says they’re not happy not playing. Of course, everyone wants to play. But some statements were completely useless. As if it didn’t happen to a Czech player that the coach doesn’t like his face … But we don’t make it a science. The coach told him everything and they have a clean table in front of them. We don’t want him to leave, and Florin didn’t ask for a transfer, so he has to fight for his chance, just like everyone else in Sparta. The change of goalkeeper was justified. The boy waited a long time for his chance. The team won 5 of the 6 matches in which it started.

But Karlsson is gone. He was your first acquisition as a sports director, you scored him in Sweden with his brother Jiří. So you had a closer relationship with him? And why did he leave after three years?

I have a closer relationship with each player. I think it was really my first transfer, the second Hasek. David succeeded, he was as productive as the wing in Sparta should be. We negotiated a new contract for a long time, but they could not agree. The difference was huge, so it was clear that we did not agree. He either wanted to go home or try something else. We agreed with coach Vrba that if David gets an offer that will be interesting for Sparta, we will release him.

The first reinforcement is forward Čvančar from Jablonec. Why did you choose him?

We talked about the lack of a certain typology of the player in front. And Tomas fills it. He is bigger, he can score goals from any situation, and he is also mobile, young and has potential. It’s up to him how he takes the chance.

Is another player approaching Sparta?

We are always looking for attributes that will improve us. We are active and will remain so. There will be other changes in the staff, but we are not close to any agreement at the moment. We are ready for the eventual addition of staff to all positions. You have to be constantly prepared, you never know what can happen. It is important for me to have a satisfied coach who has the staff he wants to have. A good example is Haraslín, who liked the coach, and when the chance arose, we got him and he caught on. However, finance also plays an important role.

You’re interested in, for example, Sora from Baník, aren’t you?

This is a player that cannot be overlooked. However, Baník has more players who are interesting to us, and the opposite is also true. This is a classic football business. Ostrava evaluates its players, we evaluate ours. The relationship between us is absolutely fair.

And is Sor excited that he could go to Sparta?

I didn’t talk to him personally, so I don’t know. (smile)

In any case, you are taking four other young men from Béčka to prepare. What chances are you giving them?

For us, the strategic point was to have a B-side in the second league. I’m really happy with how the boys handle it. They’re getting better than I thought. A good example is Adam Gabriel, who regularly trained with an A, which benefited him a lot. He should now be given more space than in the fall. Now Sejk, Suchomel, Ryneš and Patrák have started with us. It’s a big step, we’ll see how they handle it. It will all depend on how they show up in preparation.

How do you actually evaluate Spartan autumn?

I think we’re constantly moving. We are going into the spring after a long time, with the fact that we are operating on all three fronts, which is certainly positive. However, we also saw warning signals. For example, matches with Pilsen or Slovakia. The duel in Slovácko was a shock for me. Terrible performance! There was nothing to catch. There will be no room for such hesitation in the spring phase. It is up to us to analyze why this happened. We focus on the details to avoid such performances. On the other hand, I was pleased that once we got into crisis moments, we were able to get out of them, which showed the strength of the team. However, the goal is to avoid such moments.

Partizan is waiting for you in the Conference League. Good lot?

We feel a chance that we can move on. Partizan certainly thinks the same that we are playable … This is an acceptable lot for us. Although Partizan is dominant in the domestic competition, it is definitely the opponent we will want to advance through.

You will need as complete a team as possible, but in the fall you have finished with a bigger waste. Are injured players healing?

Čelůstka, Gabriel and Panák are already 100% fit and they all train normally with the team. Hancko, Höjer and Juliš started partial training. It is possible that they will not play with Chrudim yet. Their goal is to be ready to concentrate in Spain.
