This week Blizzard released a small clip that shows what you will be able to do after you finish the campaign in Diablo IV. In this so-called endgame, players will be challenged to explore the game world so that they can develop their characters into the ultimate demon slayers.
Via a clip, which you can watch above, Blizzard unveiled some of the new features that will be available in Diablo IV, such as unlockable world levels, a Paragon upgrade system, Nightmare Dungeons, and PvP.
World levels make everything in the game world simply harder, but it also gives better loot. The Paragon system should give players the ability to customize their character even more so that it is exactly the way they want it. Nightmare Dungeons are more or less the game’s Dungeons, but much more difficult and with different challenges. In the PvP mode, you will fight against other players and through that you will be able to earn something called shards. Once these are obtained, however, they must be purged of evil before they can be brought back to town, and anyone can attack you to swindle them until you’ve turned them in, adding some extra excitement to the everyday.
Diablo IV will be released on June 6 for PlayStation, Windows and Xbox.
