The first test of Bharada Eliezer begins

Trial begins in Bharada E in the case of the murder of Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. Bharada E witnessed the trial in person.

The trial took place at the South Jakarta District Court, Jalan Ampera Raya, South Jakarta. The trial was led by Wahyu Iman Sentosa as chair of the jury.

The trial begins with the examination of the identity of the accused in this case, namely: Bharad E. Bharada And he was seen wearing a red shirt and a prison vest.

When the trial began, Bharada E’s prison vest and handcuffs were removed.

Bharada E will be accused of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

The inaugural trial of Brigadier Joshua’s premeditated murder case will be held openly at the South Jakarta District Court and will be broadcast live through mass media such as national TV on South Jakarta District Court YouTube channel.

For information, Brigadier J died at Ferdy Sambo’s official residence at the police complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on Friday (7/8). Joshua was originally rumored to have died in a shooting with Bharad E after allegedly molesting Princess Candrawati.

National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo then formed a special team to investigate this case. After the investigation process, it was revealed that there was no suspicion of harassment at Sambo’s official residence in Duren Tiga.

National police then named Ferdy Sambo, Strong Ma’ruf, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Bharada Eliezer and Putri Candrawathi as suspects. Sambo was also fired by the police.
