Unknown Trader Exchanges $131,350 in USDR for 0.0001 USDC Amid Stablecoin Loss

On October 11, an unknown trader exchanged $131,350 in the coin for less than 0.0001 USDC amid the loss of the stablecoin Real USD (USDR) peg.

In addition, he paid a transaction fee of 0.0012 BNB ($0.25).

On October 11, the USDR unexpectedly lost about half its value. Presumably, this was due to a wave of asset redemptions. At the time of writing, the price of the “stable coin” issued on the BNB Chain network is $0.53.

Data: CoinGecko.

Lookonchain analysts admitted that the trader made a mistake during the panic sale of USDR through the DeFi aggregator OceanSwap.

“However, the MEV bot successfully conducted arbitration in the amount of $107,000,” the experts added.

Let’s remember that on the same day, another MEV bot on BNB Chain earned $1.575 million thanks to an attack that cost only $4.16.
