‘Unknown cuts off antlers from hit red deer’ | Inland

Wildlife manager Nuijten reports that he had to put the animal out of its misery after a collision. Then, a few hundred meters away, he goes to talk to the motorist who hit the deer and arranges a tow.

When he returns to the dead animal, the antlers turn out to have been sawn off by strangers, according to Nuijten’s lecture. “It shouldn’t get any crazier.”
