University of Texas at Austin researchers have modified a commercial virtual reality headset so that it can measure brain activity and examine how we react to cues, pressures and other external forces.
The research team created an EGG sensor, and installed it in a virtual reality headset so that it can be worn comfortably for long periods, as EGG measures the electrical activity of the brain during immersive virtual reality interactions.
