Although it may seem like a meme or a bad joke, the reality is that In Nicaragua there is a house of higher studies with that name. The phrase has been used by the sandinista front for decades and in 2018 as a result of anti-government protests opposition groups also retook it as a rebellious expression against dictatorship of Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo.
