Since the start of the 2023-2024 academic year, two rooms on the Vauban site of the University of Nîmes have been equipped with interactive digital boardsas part of the Advanced Digital University and demonstrator project in higher education.
These screens provide teachers with traditional features to share their course materials, such as PDF and PowerPoint files. Additionally, they feature a customizable, erasable board, as well as a range of additional tools, including the ability to display different software tools and educational materials simultaneously. They also allow you to explore other teaching methodssuch as the possibility of teaching a face-to-face class while including remote students, or even managing two classrooms simultaneously.
For this purpose, the University of Nîmes provides training for teachers on its new online course platform, e-campusand regularly offers getting started workshops presented by SNAP (Digital & Educational Support Service).
