Regarding the mediation procedure that the university says it wanted to put in place, there is no proof of this initiative, according to the professor’s lawyer. On the contrary, the repeated requests for mediation made by Caroline Nieberding have remained a dead letter.
For Violaine Alonso, the university has clearly committed a series of abusive behaviors, constituting harassment, such as the exclusion of Professor Nieberding from the pole to which she belonged, without having attempted the slightest mediation.
“Separating the protagonists was a wise and reasonable decision”for his part indicated the lawyer of the university.
The court will deliver its judgment on May 4.
