VIVA – One scientist argues that the universe may actually be filled with chatter alien as a form of distributed quantum information delivery.
Quantum physicist from Imperial College London in the UK, Terry Rudolph, has proposed a new hypothesis about how aliens are able to communicate across space.
Citing site Sputniknews, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, Rudolph gives an illustration that alien extraterrestrials have created their own communication lines in almost the same format as the thermal radiation emitted by the stars.
He assessed that aliens could send messages by trapping photons in separate stars, altering the light emitted by one star by interfering with another, and that recipients of the message would only need to observe a second star using linear optics to collect the contents of the will.
