This has been done on the occasion of the film’s premiere in the United States and Canada, which took place yesterday, June 13.
In the videos, Illumination, Nintendo, and the film’s cast share their thoughts on bringing Mario’s unique world to life on the big screen, including the process of creating the Mushroom Kingdom and the cinematic treatment of additional content.
Now all fans can get the “Power Up Edition” of Super Mario Bros. in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD and digital formats, which includes more than 30 minutes of additional content.
Super Mario Bros. has grossed more than $1.3 billion at the worldwide box office since opening in early April.
