Universal Orlando Resort announced the opening of two new hotels in 2025, which will complement its offer with 1,500 rooms, Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort, located near its upcoming Epic Universe park.

The hotels will be co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co. and will be part of the Prime Value hotel category. Universal Orlando also has three other hotel categories in its portfolio, Prime Value, Preferred and Premier.

Each hotel will have 750 rooms, which will add a total of 10,500 to Universal Orlando’s offering. Universal Stella Nova Resort will open in January 2025 and Universal Terra Luna Resort in February 2025.

Universal Stella Nova Resort has a design inspired by galaxies, stars and a bit of galactic mystery. For its part, Universal Terra Luna Resort will be focused on massive and diverse planetary elements of the universe, Universal reported.

Guests of Universal hotels have several benefits, including transportation to the parks is included, resort-wide privileges and early entry up to one hour before opening at its three theme parks.

As reported REPORTUR.us, in July the usual long lines have decreased this summer at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando, as they experienced a drastic drop in the number of visitors, apparently due to the slowdown in tourism in Central Florida. (Miami: number of visitors falls at Walt Disney World and Universal).
