15 minutes. After accepting internal applications from team members for entertainment roles at Halloween Horror Nights 2021, Universal Orlando Resort began accepting external auditions for various roles.
These auditions are now open to everyone.
Universal is currently looking for people who can act as Scarers, Giants, or Bigfoot. Previously they were looking for puppeteers, but all the positions in that position are already filled.
For the role of scarer, no previous experience is required nor do they look for people with a specific physique, so anyone can apply for this role.
However, candidates interested in Bigfoot or Giant jobs require previous experience. In addition, those interested in the role of giant must weigh less than 86 kg.
Interested candidates must have availability during August for rehearsals and in September and October for the event. They should also wear masks over costumes during rehearsals and the event.
The submission deadline for external auditions for Halloween Horror Nights is May 9. People who are interested in these roles can apply through the website of Universal Orlando.
