The Universal Child Allowance or AUH is financial aid from the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) granted by the State. In the month of April the same amount will be charged as in March. The AUH, which replaces the Potenciar Trabajo plan, financially supports those who have children and are unemployed, are unregistered workers or are domestic employees.

Each month 80% of the total amount is delivered to collect the remaining 20% at the end of the year. This 20% is only charged if it is proven that children under 4 years of age completed the health controls, the mandatory vaccination plan and, if they are of school age, they completed the corresponding school year.
- To collect the Universal Child Allowance, parents must be unemployed, be unregistered workers (without contributions) or be domestic service workers.
- The children must not have a job, must not be emancipated or receive any of the benefits provided for in the family allowances law.
- The children and their parents must be Argentine and reside in the country. If they are foreigners, they must have 2 years of residence in the country.
- Health checks and vaccinations for children up to 4 years of age must be complied with. From ages 5 to 18, in addition to health checks, it must be proven that they attend public educational establishments.
- Parents and children must appear in the ANSES People Base. To find out if you are in the ANSES base, you can enter your website with your Social Security Code.

- The process to request the AUH is carried out through the ANSES website or in person at the Comprehensive Care Unit (UDAI). For this you need a Social Security Code that can be processed in person at a UDAI or online. (www.servicioscorp.anses.gob.ar)
- The documents that need to be presented by the owner are: the updated DNI, certificate or birth certificate of the child, certificate of marriage, civil union or cohabitation, certificate or birth certificate of the child, and having the personal data and family ties registered. and updated in ANSES.
- Once you have all the necessary documentation, you can request an appointment to carry out the procedure in person or do it through the ANSES website. (www.anses.gob.ar)
- When the process has started and the documentation has been submitted, ANSES may take 30 to 60 days to confirm it. They will be communicated through the email requested as a means of contact and the Banco Nación branch will be indicated to which the beneficiary will have to go to collect the card and collect the benefit.
The Universal Child Allowance is charged from April 10 to April 23, this depends on the last number in the beneficiary’s DNI.
