Of note, total weekly downloads for the top 20 publishers increased 13% in January to 213 million average weekly downloads. Additionally, the top three podcasts include “NPR News Now” (NPR), “Crime Junkie” (audiochuck/Stitcher Media) and “The Ben Shapiro Show” (Cumulus Podcast Network). On average, podcast listeners download four podcasts per week.
