Hundreds of flights across the United States were delayed or canceled Saturday following the passage of a severe winter storm.
According to flight-tracking website FlightAware, more than 700 flights have been canceled and more than 1,800 others have been delayed domestically due to heavy snowfall and winds.
Boston’s Logan International Airport was the hardest hit with more than 100 flights canceled on Saturday.
The National Weather Service (NWS) says a powerful storm moved across the northeast of the country on Saturday, bringing heavy snow, rain and high winds.
Snowfall is expected Saturday afternoon in upstate New York and New England, according to the NWS.
