The statement noted that since 2020, Washington has supported the provision of food, water, emergency medical care, evacuations, and family reunification for communities affected by the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh and the region.
The explosion occurred on Monday in a fuel depot in the region, at the height of the wave of displacement of thousands of civilians fleeing the arrival of Azerbaijani forces.
At least 68 people died in the warehouse explosion, local authorities in the separatist enclave in Azerbaijan said on Tuesday.
