United States: ChatGPT replaces employees in one in four companies – LINFO.re

Barely three months after the launch of ChatGPT, certain tasks are entrusted to artificial intelligence in the United States.

According to the survey, American companies make use of ChatGPT to write job offers (77%), respond to candidates (65%) or write computer code (66%). Bosses also cited other tasks: creating content (58%), strengthening customer service (57%), summarizing meetings or documents (52%).
