MADRID, 25 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Air Europa has resumed flights to New York (United States) from the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport this Friday, as announced in a statement by the airline.
With this resumption, the airline recovers its US flight network after also taking up its route to Miami on June 12.
The airline covers the route to New York with three weekly frequencies, whose flight takes off from Madrid at 3:35 p.m. and lands at JFK Airport at 5:45 p.m. local time. The return flight leaves at 22:05 and lands in Madrid-Barajas at 11:20 the next day.
According to Air Europa, its return to its US destinations is part of its commitment to progressively increase connectivity and offer greater flight options to its passengers, as restrictions are eliminated and always with the maximum security guarantees.
In addition, the reestablishment of its US network coincides with the lifting of some restrictions on the arrival of tourists to Spain, which includes that travelers with the full vaccination schedule with the doses authorized by the European Medicines Agency and the World Health Organization (WHO), can travel to the country without having to present any other additional diagnostic test.
