which will list the Company’s newly launched Moodrink Barista Edition (Moodrink Barista or the Product).
With 50 distribution centers across North America, United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), the parent company of UNFI Canada, supplies approximately 30,000 retail partners – from organic supermarkets and independent retailers to conventional supermarket chains, e-commerce providers and foodservice customers
Through UNFI Canada, bettermoo(d) has access to its extensive Canadian distribution network, which includes more than 5,000 retailers, including some of Canada’s best-known grocery chains.
bettermoo(d) aims to replicate the success of its benchmark product, the milk alternative Moodrink, which is already available in over 500 retail locations across Canada (see Company press release dated August 16, 2024). With the launch of Moodrink Barista, the Company intends to apply the same rapid expansion strategy with the goal of offering this new product to a wider audience through UNFI Canada’s extensive distribution network.
