United Kingdom and European Union: many small agreements instead of one big one?

As much as ‘Brexit’ is attributed to the strength of a wrecking ball on the stability of the European Union (EU), one would think that everything has changed since the referendum of 23 June 2016. The truth, however, is that there are few tangible differences in relations between the 27 and the UK. The popular consultation that dictated the exit from the EU was four years ago, but it is in the last months of 2020 that all changes will precipitate. On December 31, the transition period ends when everything remained the same. London does not want to prolong it.
