This flight takes place every day throughout the summer season – the last departure this year is on October 30, 2022 – and has been very popular with many Swiss people in previous years.
“After we were unable to serve this route in the past two years due to the corona pandemic, we are all the more pleased today that we can now offer this connection to our customers for five months,” said Reto Schneider, United’s Country Manager Switzerland Airlines. “While many of our guests stay in San Francisco, many also use this connection to transfer to other destinations in the western United States or to Hawaii.”
