Manchester. Manchester United drew 1-1 this Sunday with Chelsea at Old Trafford under the orders of interim coach Ruud van Nistelrooy – replacement for Erik ten Hag – in the Premier League, in which the ‘Red Devils’ occupy a discreet 13th position after ten dates.
The locals took the lead with a penalty converted by Bruno Fernandes (70), but the joy only lasted four minutes, until the equalizer of Ecuadorian Moisés Caicedo (74).
The point obtained by Chelsea allows the London club to climb to fourth position with 18 points, the same as Arsenal (5th) and Aston Villa (6th), both defeated this weekend.

The northwest English club dismissed its Dutch coach Erik ten Hag on Monday and appointed his compatriot Ruud van Nistelrooy as interim coach until the arrival of Portuguese Ruben Amorim.
Ruud van Nistelrooy will be back on the Manchester United bench for the next league match against Leicester, before Amorim’s debut against Ipswich.
