Following assessment by medical professionals, the United Airlines Flight 85, operating with a Boeing 787 jet, resumed its planned journey and continued towards Newark Liberty International Airport, according to New Windsor EMS Chief Michael Bigg.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) released an official statement concerning the incident that occurred on United Airlines Flight 85.
