Two residents of Saint-André-de-l’Eure (Eure) are launching an original concept in a comfortable place: “What we want to do is have a relationship between sophrology and tattooing”, explain Laure Pedelabat, sophrologist, and Ludovic Massard, tattoo artist, who have invested in a common room where everyone has their own space to practice.
Refocus on yourself
“I have been a sophrologist since May. I was a caregiver for eleven years, I wanted a career change to give people time, that’s what I was missing. Thus was born Sophrol’or where I offer the public the chance to find inner well-being, to have time to refocus on themselves and find better well-being,” explains Laure Pedelabat.
I practice sophrology sessions individually or in groups. I can also move. These sessions aim to manage stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, and to regain self-confidence. It is also a way to be supported during long illnesses or medical examinations, but also professional appointments.

Relaxation before the dermograph
An element which can also reassure those who discover Home Tattoo, in a dedicated space upstairs. “I’m a tattoo artist, I can do everything, except realism and colors,” explains Ludovic Massard.
Anyone can get a tattoo, but there may be fears about pain, this is where it is possible to do a sophrology session before, to practice the tattoo in ideal conditions .
