On September 1st, UNIQLO will release the autumn/winter 2023 collection “UNIQLO AND MAME KUROGOUCHI”, a collaboration collection with Maiko Kurogouchi’s “MAME KUROGOUCHI”. The collaboration, which started in June 2021, will be the final collection this time, which is the 6th season. With a total of 22 product numbers, the full lineup will be sold at 67 stores in Japan and official EC, and some products will be sold at all stores.
Kurogochi commented on the launch of the new collection, “I am truly happy that people from all over the world have supported me for the past three years when I was aiming for a new innerwear collection. This season, which will be my last collection, I will be close to each and every one of you. The items are complete,” he commented. There are many fans who buy additional items every season, mainly innerwear, so it seems that there will be a lot of voices saddened by the end of the season.
The point of the new work is a color palette inspired by the natural world, with browns and beiges reminiscent of ripe rice and autumn earth. Not to mention the plunge bra (2290 yen) and shorts (790 yen) that have been updated since the first collection, as well as the mesh bodysuit (3990 yen) and mesh high neck long sleeve T-shirt (2990 yen). and other items with a sensual feel.
Cut-and-sew top (2,990 yen) and pants (2,990 yen), voluminous sleeve sweater (3,990 yen) and knitted bra top of “3D knit” using “Heat Tech Wool Blend” waffle material developed from yarn for this collection. Some products are scheduled to be released in late October. Prices range from 790 to 3,990 yen for innerwear, 3,990 yen for dresses, 2,990 to 4,990 yen for knitwear, and 590 to 1,990 yen for legwear.
