Human resources are an important element in the sustainability of an organization. In order for human resources to be well structured and organized, a leader is needed with good leadership skills, who is able to organize and manage the organization in accordance with the goals of establishing an organization. Not only does it need a good leader, an organization also needs members who are also required to understand organizational management, where organizational management is the driving wheel of the organization to achieve its goals.
Organizational management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring organizational resources, in which each individual has important tasks, roles and functions to achieve organizational goals.
Meanwhile, the definition of leadership put forward by George P. Terry explains that leadership is an activity in influencing other people to work hard with full capability for group goals.
By paying attention to the importance of understanding organizational management and leadership in an organization, UNIPMA Group 35 KKN-T students carried out the “Organizational Management and Leadership Socialization” Program with Sinoman Praja Mukti and Sinoman Tawang Arum.
Sinoman Praja Mukti and Sinoman Tawang Arum are organizations in Jugo Hamlet, Sumberejo Village with members who are unmarried youth who live in the hamlet. The activities carried out by sinoman are in the form of donations which are carried out when someone or the environment has a celebration (event).

Furthermore, the activity “Socialization of Organizational Management and Leadership” by UNIPMA Group 35 KKN-T Students was carried out by presenting Mr. Nizam Zakka Arrizal, SH, M.Kn. as a resource person who provides material directly to the audience. This activity was also warmly welcomed by Mr. Mulyadi, S.Pd. as Head of Sumberejo Village “A good leader is a leader who is able to protect his members well. A great young man is a young man who is willing to try and is not afraid of failure, look for as much experience as possible,” said Mr. Mulyadi S.Pd.

“Sinoman has an important role in the environment so that Harmony and Family Values exist in the village so that future generations will continue to maintain and preserve the existing Sinoman traditions,” said Mr. Nizam Zakka Arrizal, SH, M.Kn, as the speaker at this activity. This socialization on Organizational Management and Leadership was held on January 22 2024 at the Sumberejo Village Hall from 19.00 to 21.30 WIB with high enthusiasm from the sinoman.
