Blogger northwestrepair talked about an unusual incident with the GeForce RTX 4090. He repairs video cards and came across an interesting copy.
The GeForce RTX 4090 video card did not work—there was no image when connected, but the device’s cooling system clearly showed signs of life. Standard tests revealed nothing, but an autopsy (analysis) showed something.
It turns out that a bug got into the GeForce RTX 4090. northwestrepair removed the remains, carried out cleaning and installed the chip in place.
The GeForce RTX 4090 started working – it seems that it was the bug that caused the video card to break down.
