Chief NasDem Lampung, Herman HN is said to have participated in entrusting female students so they could pass to the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung (Unila). Herman even paid Rp. 250 million for his deposit to pass through the independent route.
This was revealed by the Head of Planning and Public Relations of Unila, Budi Sutomo. Budi was presented by the prosecutor as a witness. At first, Budi was asked by the prosecutor how Herman entrusted the student to Unila’s Faculty of Medicine.
“Initially, I was visited by FH lecturer, Yus, in my room. I was asked to go to Herman HN’s house, he said, to entrust prospective students,” said Budi Sutomo at the Tanjung Karang District Court, Bandar Lampung, Tuesday (14/2/2023).
In the process, the prospective student at the Faculty of Medicine entrusted by Herman HN did not pass the SBMPTN. Then diverted to the independent path.
In this trial, Herman HN, who is the husband of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung Eva Dwiana, gave an “infaq” of Rp. 250 million.
“The student entrusted by Mr. Herman graduated in the independent pathway of the Unila Faculty of Medicine. The Chancellor ordered to take donations from all parents who deposited them, one of them was Herman HN in the amount of IDR 250 million, the money was given in cash in my office,” he stated.
