Details: Russian media report that an explosion occurred in the city of Pavlovsk, which “the whole city” heard. There was an abandoned building of the thermal power plant. In its place was a funnel with a diameter of 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep. Explosives experts were unable to find out what led to the explosion.
