The group has announced that it has sold a portfolio of five shopping centers in France, including that of Confluence in Lyon. The latter, as well as Toison d’Or in Dijon, Alma in Rennes and Aéroville and So Ouest in Paris ended up in the hands of the Joint Venture formed by Crédit Agricole Assurances, the Frenchwoman and… Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
In the details of this consortium, Crédit Agricole and La Française hold 54.2% of the shares, while URW owns 45.8%.
All five shopping centers in Paris, Lyon, Rennes and Dijon were valued at 2.032 billion euros.
Unibail-Rodamco managed the Confluence leisure and shopping center since it opened in spring 2012.
