However, no relevant announcement has yet been posted on the company’s website, with documentonews.gr readers complaining that they could not find answers even on the company’s phones.

Following this, a citizen called Hellenic Train’s PWD service line to get a response “…unfortunately you have to take a car.”
As it appears once again, it seems that the company is not interested in serving the disabled and does not provide anything for the movement of wheelchairs. Maybe if the trains change someday!
