“We love long journeys and adventure, but when we got on the wrong bus in Colombia, it was too much even for me. The bus stopped at every turn to fish people and animals on board.
Bad luck

Chips in the bathroom

“Last year, during our castle route in Portugal, Nora lost her favorite stuffed animal on day one. After that sleeping was a drama. And when she finally dozed off, we couldn’t move because the baby monitor didn’t work through the castle walls.
She couldn’t stay in the room, because she was awake at the slightest sound. So we snuck into the bathroom to eat chips softly. After a few days, a friend sent the exact same hug with FedEx and the holiday became fun again.”
