Unexpected turn for Marcel in Mr. Frank Visser: how are things now?

The neighbors Fadime and Marcel made their appearance in the program in March mr. Frank Visser makes a statement, because of their fierce neighborly quarrel in which they were bothered by each other’s pets. While Marcel couldn’t stand the chatter of his neighbor Fadime’s chickens, Fadime was also done with the barking of Marcel’s two dogs. Marcel had even threatened to kill Fadime’s chickens. To calm the quarrel somewhat, Mr. Frank Visser to intervene. His statement was clear: Fadime’s chickens were not allowed to leave their coop before 9 am and Marcel’s dogs had to be cooped up if he left them unattended at home. They were also both banned from contact and if this was violated, they had to pay 250 euros each time. This could even go up to an amount of 10,000 euros.

Viktor went back to Helmond to see how the neighbors quarrel was going and whether the chattering and barking between Fadime and Marcel has finally calmed down.

When Marcel welcomed the presenter into his home, Viktor noticed that only one dog was present. Marcel shared the sad news that his other dog died not long after Frank Visser’s verdict. And although the loss is great, at least Marcel does not seem to deal with the grief on his own, because he has good news. The program has given him a girlfriend. “She contacted me,” he says, beaming. Marcel proudly shows a photo of his new addition. “Such an ugly guy and such a pretty lady”, Viktor reacts when he sees the photo of Marcel’s new girlfriend.

His neighbor Fadime is also happy with this news, because in addition to the fact that she no longer suffers from Marcel’s dogs, this new relationship also immediately means that she is rid of her neighbor. “I’m happy too,” Fadime responds to the news about his new relationship. “Deliver me from him,” she says of his new girlfriend.

However, some viewers are a little less enthusiastic about this relationship. “You really have to be completely off track to see this guy on TV and then think: hey dude, I’m going to date him,” someone writes. Another viewer seems rather surprised about the function of the program: ‘Plottwist. mr. Frank Visser is now also a dating show!’
