The application of part 1 of the unemployment insurance reform is suspended because of the Covid, until “return to better fortune”. And the entry into force of part 2, scheduled for July 1, was blocked – once again – by the Council of State because of “uncertainties about the economic situation”. Thus, the reform of unemployment insurance, decreed by the government in July 2019, is still in the works. But for how long ?
