  • Electronic affidavit, issued by the Department of Labor.
  • Letter of self-dismissal or indirect dismissal: signed by the worker.
  • Notice of termination of employment due to bankruptcy of the employer.
  • Conciliation before the Labor Directorate.
  • Employment contract of less than 30 days.
  • Deed of liquidation.
  • Minutes of attendance or judicial conciliation.
  • Judicial ruling.
  • Job application.
  • Employment contract and wage settlement of port workers.

How is unemployment insurance charged?

The collection process can be done at the AFC offices, but the recommendation is to do it on the Internet, by visiting the Virtual branch of the administrator

On this platform, the user can log in with their unique password or their AFC password, then click on the option “insurance billing” and then on “Start collection request”.
