To apply for Unemployment Insurance, the beneficiary must have contracted the credit since 2009, have had a salaried employment relationship for at least six months prior to its use, and have been without formal employment for at least one month, provided it is not for pension, disability or invalidity.
Like other procedures, Unemployment Insurance can be processed in My Infonavit Account (micuenta.infonavit.org.mx), in the My credit section, in the Balances and Movements section, there you can check the amount and months of the ” FPP” available to later make the payment of the indicated amount.
It can also be processed at the nearest Infonavit Service Center (Cesi) or call Infonatel (800 008 3900) to receive advice.
