Undying was originally scheduled for release on October 17, 2023, but Skystone Games and Vanimals delayed the launch until December 7, 2023.
Unfortunately, as we all realized, there are TOO MANY VIDEO GAMES out there and it was hard to squeeze into the original date. Realizing that it was better to wait a few more weeks than to drown in some diabolical launch, we decided to move the date a little. But don’t worry! This gives us extra time to polish the game, improve localization, and perhaps add some extra goodies for everyone to enjoy at launch.
Undying is a survival game in which players take control of Anling, whose goal is to find a safe place for her son Cody to live before the infection takes her. Anling’s days of being infected by a zombie bite are numbered. Now she will have to fight for survival not for herself, but for the sake of her little son Cody. Ensure Cody’s survival in this zombie-infested world by protecting him, seeking safety, and teaching him valuable skills at all costs. Even if it means giving in to her new zombie urges.
Limited resources must be managed to slow Anling’s infection, while also ensuring that both Anling and Cody do not die of hunger or thirst. To be more effective and help Cody in the future, players can pass on the skills Anling learned to Cody. These skills can range from combat to general survival skills such as cooking and crafting.
Currently available in Early Access (Steam/Epic Games Store), Undying will release on PC (Steam/Epic Games Store) on December 7, 2023, and on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4 Android, and iOS in 2024.
