They have claimed me an improper charge without knowing the reason and I they have paralyzed the collection of benefits for erte and unemployment without receiving any written notice. I find out electronically by consulting my service in the electronic office. You ask for an appointment and they give it to you for more than a month later. When the day arrives, I go to my employment office and they ask me to fill in a sheet, which is not a claim, indicating since when I have not received the benefit. This was on September 17 and as of today I have not received an answer any. At the office I observed certain attitudes between calm and casual, while many of us have been without payment for months, some even since March.
There is no information on what to do in this situation. I have filled out the form they gave me at the office, I have filed a claim with the Provincial Directorate of the SEPE of Madrid, and I only have the judicial route.
