Through this program in the form of providing educational understanding about the early symptoms of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), First Aid when exposed to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, Prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) by 3M, as well as the causes of Dengue Fever. Factors in the home environment are one of the factors that cause DHF, such as having a habit of hanging or letting piles of clothes, standing water in piles of garbage or stagnant water which becomes a nest for mosquitoes. In addition to environmental factors, there are factors for humans, such as having suffered from dengue fever and having a weak immune system and high rainfall.
This program was greeted with good enthusiasm by some of the people when they carried out door to door in the village of Kandangsapi. Some communities have taken several preventive measures such as cleaning the environment and there is a Mosquito Nest Eradication Team in Kandangsapi Village conducted by PKK women.
