“If you have not reached the age of 27, you have nothing to worry about at all. And in general, there is nothing to arrange any fights, showdowns.
In the event that you evade serving the summons, and this is proven, then protocols and a fine can be drawn up, which can be appealed in court.
Rostyslav Kravets noted that persons under 27 years of age can appeal against the delivery of subpoenas, if they have not served, because military service in Ukraine has been cancelled. So this category of Ukrainians can be mobilized only with their consent, that is, voluntarily.
The lawyer emphasized that the passage of a medical commission is not forcibly provided in Ukraine. He added that if representatives of the military registration and enlistment offices illegally detained you, illegally brought you to their place, deprived you of your freedom and forced you to undergo a military medical commission outside the law, in fact they do not have the right to draw up appropriate protocols or initiate criminal cases.
“If they want, please, let them initiate a criminal case, call the police, who will draw up a report that you were kidnapped first, and then they will draw up a report that you do not want to do something there, and only in this way can we all together force the representatives of the picking center to behave politely and within the framework of the current law,” Kravets said.
