Al-Marsad newspaper: Consultant psychiatrist, Dr. Jamal Al-Tuwairqi, revealed the employees most vulnerable to depression, especially in the winter.

Al-Tuwairqi said that employees who work at night are the most vulnerable to depression, during his interview on the Ya Hala program.

Al-Tuwairqi also revealed the foods that improve a person’s mood in the winter, which are carbohydrates such as sweets, chocolate, and nuts. These foods contain a substance that the body converts to improve the mood.
